Days of Science
21.4.2017
The Department of Physical Rehabilitation and Human Health held traditional Days of Science.
On April 21 the traditional student scientific conference “Days of Science – 2017”, which presented reports on topical issues of physical therapy and health, was held at the Department of Physical Rehabilitation and Health of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports. It should be noted that this year the majority of students of the Department took part in the Days of Science. Particularly the first-year students majoring in “Secondary education (human health)” and “Physical rehabilitation” were active participants.
The reports presented at the conference aroused genuine interest and active discussion among the participants. The most interesting were the speeches devoted to the problems of early pregnancy, anorexia, the syndrome of early child mortality, inclusive education of children with special needs, early intervention in physical rehabilitation and modern methods of physical therapy, in particular neurodevelopment or Bobat therapy in infantile cerebral palsy.
As a result of the conference, all the speakers were awarded with certificates that will be taken into account when forming the students’ rating, as well as upon admission to the magistracy.
