Meeting with the President

The meeting of students of Luhansk National University with the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko was held in the city of Kreminna.

On April 12, after the opening ceremony of the Sports Center “Olimp” in Kreminna city, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko met with students of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. During the meeting, the President stressed that the state is doing everything possible to support athletes, including those who were forced to leave the occupied territories.

“Sport is the best medical insurance, reliable protection against diseases. People’s health is a great value of the state,” – Petro Poroshenko said.

During the working visit to Luhansk region, the head of the Supervisory Council of LTSNU, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine of 113 electoral district Vitalii Kurylo attended the opening ceremony of the swimming pool.
