Prize-winning place in the Championship

A student of LTSNU took the prize-winning place in the Ukrainian Karate-Do Championship, which was held in the city of Kharkiv.

450 sportsmen from Luhansk, Kharkiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Cherkasy and others took part in the Championship. Among the participants was the first-year student of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports majoring in “Physical Culture and Sports. Sports” Alina Radkova. In her weight category, Alina held four fights and won a silver award, losing to a more titled athlete from the city of Cherkasy.

Alina is engaged in karate from 12 years in Svatovska Youth School under the guidance of the coach A.V. Batrakov. Now our sportswoman is a 3-time champion and a multiple prize-winner of Ukrainian championships.

The second place in the Championship of Ukraine is also a significant achievement of the athlete, so we wish Alina further success in the struggle for victories at the republican and world championships.
