Marathon of Professions

The Regional Center for Professional Education of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University hosted the “Marathon of Professions”.

An important activity of the educational institution is informing future applicants about the features and benefits of training. For this purpose, staff and teachers of the Regional Center for Professional Education conducted an interesting and cognitive event – “Marathon of Professions”. Pupils of secondary schools of Starobilsk district were invited to this event.

Among the tonored guests of the event were the representative of the main department of the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection in the Luhansk region V.N. Tkachenko, HR Director of the Luhansk Energy Association T.P. Sevastyanova, Deputy Chief Accountant of the farm “Mriya” I.V. Gubenya, head of the Departmnet of Active Support for the Unemployed of the Starobilsk Employment Center V.А. Ivanov.

Here was an exhibition of technical creativity of the student works, which reflect the specificity of each profession. The creative performance of students of the Regional Center for Professional Education impressed the audience most of all.

The students presented their professions: “Electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment”, “Office employee”, “Computer typing operator”, “Tractor driver-farmer production”, “Car mechanic”, “Truck crane operator”.

Everyone learned in detail about features of training in the Regional Center for Professional Education and had an opportunity to choose a profession, which will become a guarantee of success in the further life.
