Career Guidance Meetings

The lecturers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and the Institute of Culture and Arts held the career-guidance for pupils of the 10th and 11th forms of Poltava region schools.
On the tenth of March the lecturers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and the Institute of Culture and Arts held the career-guidance for pupils of the 10th and 11th forms of Poltava region schools for the purpose of attraction of enrollees to study at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. The event was organized by the Docent of the Fine Art Department Shpetna Svitlana Anatoliyivna, the Teacher of the Fine Art Department Kostiuk Olha Petrivna, the Head of Romance and Germanic Philology Department Shekhavtsova Svitlana Oleksandrivna, and the Head of Theory and Practice of Translation Department Perova Svitlana Vyacheslavivna.
For the purpose of attraction and formation the youth positive attitude to obtain the high education at the Institute of Culture and Arts and the Faculty of Foreign Languages, and also to prestige heightening of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University the schools of Poltava region were visited: Suprunivska I-III levels school of general education, Abazivska I-III levels school of general education, Reshetilivska gymnasia of I.L.Oliynyka, Bilotserkivska I-III levels school of general education, Krasnohorivska I-III levels school of general education, Velykobahachanska I-III levels school of general education, Hoholivska I-III levels school of general education, Velykosorochynska I-III levels school of general education, Myrgorodska I-III levels specialized school №5.
The young enrollees were professionally informed about the educational directions and the specialties; the pupils and teachers were introduced to the admission regulations in Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, and to the regulatory documents which regulate the 2017 Entrance Campaign. The lecturers of the University told about the organization of the scientific activity and the educational process in Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, habitation and entertainment conditions. The pupils of the 11th form were invited to the Opening Days in Poltava, the pupils of the 10th form – to study on the preparatory courses, and for further entries to our University.
The career-guidance events were held in friendly and warm atmosphere in the dialogue regime, and many questions were asked. Senior pupils were interested in further studying and getting higher education at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and the Institute of Culture and Arts.
