Olympiad in Special Education

Students of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology participated in the first round of the Olympiad in Special Education.

The event was attended by 1-5-year students majoring in “Special Education (Nosology)” in specializations “Oligophreno-pedagogy. Special Psychology “; “Logopedics. Special Psychology” of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of LTSNU.

The first round of the Olympiad tour lasted from February 23 to March 1, 2017. The event was held under the guidance of teachers of the Department of Defectology and Psychological Correction of IPP.

Tasks of the first tour of the Olympiad were posted on the website of LTSNU distance learning in the system “Moodle”, so that all students had the opportunity to test their professional knowledge regardless of the place of their own living and tuition.

Olympiad tasks differentiated depending on the specialization of students and different content for students majoring in: “Logopedics. Special Psychology” and “Oligophreno-pedagogy. Special Psychology.”  Tasks were varied in form, and included tests in conjunction with the solution of practical problems in the specialty.
