The University Held Creativity Competitions

Creativity competitions “Thank You!” and “My country – my love” initiated by LNU student’s social service were held at the university.

University students, teachers and employees took part in the competitions. The competitions had three stages from January 20 to January 30. So the participants of “Thank You!” competition (statute) presented one video plot and the participants of “My Country – My Love” (statute) – a photo of one of the Ukrainian places. The works show our country cities – their historical and natural places of interest, architectural structures and complexes which are the favorite place for the work’s author.

Both competitions were arranged by Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University supported by public organizations “Svatovo Regional Center “Native Land”, Ukrainian Kozatstvo “Svatovo-Sech” Regiment”, “Starobilsk Public Organization “Volia” with the assistance of “TeleHazeta” newspaper.

These competitions were organized to make the feeling of country unity stronger; to arouse student’s patriotic feelings and civic consciousness; to form cognitive, research and creative needs of youth and to attract youth to the development of positive brands of armed forces.

Competent jury includes the representatives of public organizations, educational establishment and the participants of open Internet voting.

The winners will be awarded on February 10 with the certificates and value presents from sponsors. The best works will be posted on the website, in the media, particularly on television.
