Master Thesis Defense

Master thesis defense was held at Institute of Trade, Service Techniques and Tourism on January 30 – 31.

State examination committee considered 20 thesis. State examination was at the new legal address of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in Starobilsk.

Magistrands of specialties “Commodity Research and Commercial Activity” and “Commodity Research and Expert Review in Customs” prepared interesting and currently important scientific researches in commodity, customs, commercial activity and expert review of goods.

Master’s reports were followed by the presentations with the use of modern multimedia tools. The students who due to external factors were not able to come to the defense from other Ukrainian regions and from Russia defended their thesis via Skype. All thesis and oral reports were performed in state language.

Members of state examination committee emphasized well-grounded works that had scientific and practical value.

It should be noted that one student-magistrand came from military operation zone to defend his master thesis and he is a soldier of armed forces of Ukraine. He succeeded during state exam and obtained high grade for his master project.
