On February 14, students and teachers of the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications met with representatives of civil-military cooperation.

The officers of the civil-military cooperation group told the audience about the current state of political and social life in Ukraine, the main functions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are implemented by the civil-military co-operation units.

The faculty teachers, indifferent to the acute problems of modernity in the East Ukrainian region, supported a lively discussion.

The students had practical training in the military-patriotic education, learned the basic rules for handling explosive ordnance, mines and other security measures.

Both boys and girls were interested in the peculiarities of military service and military life and desired to try on items of military equipment.

At the end of the meeting, students congratulated officers of civil-military cooperation on the Valentine’s Day and expressed gratitude for the loyal love of Ukraine and the heroic defense of national sovereignty.
