The exhibition “Modern Educational Establishments – 2017” was opened on the basis of LTSNU.
The dynamics of the globalized world, the expansion of the modern information space determine the need for quality education, which is an important factor in the development of our society. The presentation of scientific achievements and practical developments of teachers allows creating powerful potential of the region and the state, integrating Ukrainian educational system into the European community.
The regional exhibition “Modern Educational Establishments – 2017”, which was attended by the educational establishments of Starobilsk district, was held in order to promote education, inform population about the modern training programs, to provide assistance to applicants in the choice of an educational institution, as well as to improve the district’s image.
This event brought together teachers of the district, who directed their efforts at improving the quality of education and the strengthening of cooperation between educational institutions. The exhibition was attended by special guests, including the chairman of the Starobilsk District Administration A.I. Garkavy and the Head of the Department of Education E.A. Ivashkina.
At the beginning of the event, A.I. Garkavy made a welcoming speech, wished fruitful work and outlined the important tasks for the future. E.A. Ivashkina thanked the administration of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University for their help in organizing the exhibition and expressed the hope that the outcome of the meeting would be improvement of the quality of education.
The Director of the University Research Library M.N. Pochinkova told about achievements of the University, the features of the educational process, and expressed gratitude for the strong scientific action.
Starobilsk teachers discussed the search for effective ways to improve the quality of education, exchanged of innovative ideas, advanced technology of research activities, presented the methodological development of cooperation with non-governmental organizations and the work of school museums of local lore. Particularly the experience in the implementation of innovative and information-communication technologies was relevant.
The works of pupils who have a sense of beauty, creating incredible masterpieces, impressed with their skills. The audience liked the achievements of the House of Children and Youth. Among them was a clothing collection, which had been presented at the International Exhibition in Kyiv, where it had won the first place. The methodical development of cultural and educational activities became relevant for teachers, because they are effective for the practical application during teaching.
The exhibition “Modern Educational Establishments – 2017” continues; the educational institutions will have the opportunity to present their achievements every Thursday during February.
