Teachers, staff and students of LTSNU sincerely congratulate the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Vitalii Semenovych Kurylo on the anniversary.

The jubilee is a report to the people and God for good works, righteous deeds and achievements. Vitalii Semenovych is an internationally recognized scientist, outstanding teacher, under whose leadership LTSNU went from being a regional educational institution to the National University, a recognized educational leader. The scientist made a great contribution to the development of national education and science, inspiring a constant need for personal development and self-realization by his own example and the ongoing support.

Vitalii S. Kurylo is the author of many bills important for the development of higher education in Ukraine. In modern realities, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine deals with problems of regional policy and local self-government, with considerable attention to the socio-economic, infrastructural and cultural development of the Luhansk region. Throughout the tireless life, Vitalii Semenovych carries his flag of high spiritual knowledge and diehard quest, flag of good, honor and justice, major scientific struggles and victories.
