It provides access to bibliographic data of scientific articles of the prestigious periodicals, books and scientific conference proceedings, indicating the actual citation of these materials. It covers more than 57 million. Records with 18,711 of the world’s most influential journals (including those that are publicly available) and 150,000 conference proceedings.

The scientometric platform unit provides monitoring indicators cited publication with a retrospective to 1900. One of the key concepts of the scientometric platform device is the impact factor of the scientific publications.
