Dear defenders of the Fatherland! The team of teachers and students of LNU sincerely congratulates you on the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine!

The Holiday of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is a tribute to the thousands of soldiers who were killed at different times in the battles for freedom, will and independence of Ukraine. This boundless pride and gratitude to those who today stood up to defend our Fatherland from the external aggression.

We, teachers and students, appreciate your contribution to ensuring reliable defense of the Fatherland, its inviolability and territorial integrity. We together with you defend the unity and prosperity of the great Ukrainian nation. You are a vivid example of courage, perseverance, love for the country, high moral character.

Our common dream – a free, rich, prosperous Ukraine; unique and highly Ukrainian nation. Such country can be made by only a strong army, and the current generation of students – highly educated, proactive, creative, with a strong national consciousness and self-awareness, a sense of pride in their country, language, distinct history and culture; ready to defend their homeland.

We believe that we will win, there will be peace and the Ukrainian army will become a national pride, a guarantor of stability and security of Ukraine.
