How the Students Can Make Out a Pass from the Zone of ATO

There was reported at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University how to obtain a pass document for entrance and exit from a zone of military operation.

The university rectorate noted that the first thing was to prepare a set of documents: an application (form can be downloaded at the official site of LNU), a copy of a passport, a copy of ITN (Individual Taxpayer Number), 2 photos of 5х5 and a reference from the university. To obtain this reference students must contact their deaneries or directorates and it will be send by email. Besides that those who come out by own cars need to take the additional pass.

When all necessary documents are prepared it is necessary to bring them to the nearest checking point of Ukrainian militaries. It should be noted that a registration procedure takes at least 10 days, so you have to go for the prepared pass once more.

There were tries to make this process easier at LNU. “We wanted to prepare documents for students without their presence but this has turned out impossible. The pass can be given only to that person who will use it. Additionally to this there are other barriers: the special size of photo and pen scripted application. So, students have to deal with this matter on their own”, – told at the rectorate.

Please note that student pass is valid during the whole semester, in other words it is multiuse.
