“Fight – Will Win!”

The Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications summarized the results of the Regional Competition “Fight – Will Win!”.
Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University hosted a regional creative competition dedicated to the memory of the indigenous Luhansk citizen, oncologist, writer, and scientist, known in Luhansk and abroad, literary critic, ethnographer, patriot of Ukraine Yuri Oleksiyovych Enenko (1939 – 1996).
The purpose of the contest:
- promote ideas of national consciousness, tolerant attitude to the culture, history, language, customs, and traditions of various nationalities;
- affirm the ideas of humanism and charity;
- education of patriotism, national pride and personal responsibility for the future of our country.
The contest invited pupils of 8-11 forms of secondary schools, students of higher educational institutions of I-IV accreditation levels, young people with disabilities of all nosology.
Active participants of the contest were students from these educational establishments: Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”, Luhansk State Medical University.
At the competition were represented the works of pupils of secondary schools, gymnasiums from such areas: Kreminna, Popasnjansky, Stanichno-Luhansky, Belovodskiy, Svatovsky, Markowski, Starobilsk and cities of Lysychansk, Starobilsk, Rubizhne, Svatovo and Kreminna.
Contestants were proposed the following topics:
- Decent life of the citizen of Luhansk Yuri Enenko.
- The relationship between good and evil in the universe.
- Philanthropists’ figures in the past, present and future.
Among the participants of the regional competition of student youth “Fight – Will Win!” the Jury selected these winners:
- The Pearl of the competition – in the nomination “The poetic voice, artistic and literary works” – Anna Peshkova (master student of Borys Grinchenko University Kyiv University, Institute of Philology);
- I place – Yulia Dudukalova (master student of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University);
- II place – Yulia Dubova (master student of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University);
- II place – Oleksandr Umansky (second-year student of Luhansk State Medical University);
- III place – Tatiana Sokolovska (second-year student of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Institute of Philology);
- III place – Vladislav Kruglov (first-year student of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University);
- III place – Vladislav Radchenko (third-year-student of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University);
- the winner in the nomination “Outstanding Personalities – the Pride of Ukraine” – Anastasia Yunik (master student of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University);
- the winner in the nomination “We are a Proud Nation” – Anastasia Gorban (first-year student of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University).
Among the participants of the regional competition among pupils “Fight – Will Win!” the Jury selected these winners:
- I place – Tatiana Aliferenko (College of LTSNU);
- I place – Nikita Bulanov (pupil of the ninth form Svatovskaya secondary school of the first degree –Gymnasium”);
- II place – Valeria Voloshinova (pupil of the ninth form of Lysychansk secondary school of I-III degree №2.);
- II place – Viktoria Kalinina (pupil of the 11th from of Teplovska secondary school of I-III degree, Stanichno-Luhansk district);
- III place – Varvara Kabargina (pupil of the 10th form of Kreminna grammar school);
- III place – Artur Chonka (pupil of the 9th of Kudryashivska secondary school of I-II degree, Kreminna district);
- the winner in the nomination “A source of spirituality” – Anastasia Shmeleva (pupil of the 10th form of Kreminna grammar school);
- the winner in the nomination “The poetic voice” – Anastasia Sycheva (pupil of the 10th form of Valuiska secondary school of I-III degree No.2, Stanichno-Luhansk district).
