There is an ongoing scientific-practical conference “Modern University Embracing Change” with the participation of eminent scientists and experts.
November 30 the scientific day began with a discussion of the problems of displaced educational establishments and understanding of this phenomenon in higher education.
Rory Finin told about the interaction of Ukrainian and world academic community and development of the Ukrainian culture and society in Great Britain.
The postgraduate student of Cambridge University Iryna Shuvalova conducts a comparative study of oral poetic tradition of Ukrainian writing and poetry. The terms of her scientific interests constitute an injury in Ukrainian oral tradition, due to the armed conflict. In her presentation, she reviewed the conflict and post-conflict trauma in Ukrainian oral and written poetry from the sixteenth century.
The scientists paid special attention to the issues of peace, the relationship of television and digital culture, as well as the issues of ethnic and education identity.
The third day of the scientific-practical conference was fruitful, and it will have important implications for improving the activities of the displaced universities.
