Participation in the Event

The university students participated in the event dedicated to the Day of Dignity and Freedom in Poltava.

Students of the Educational and Research Institute of Culture and Arts and the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University attended the event dedicated to the Day of Dignity and Freedom – the People’s Veche organized by Poltava Regional Department of Culture at the Cathedral Square in Poltava.

Students of the specialty “Choreography” took an active part in this event. They created an inspired composition with the national flags, embodying the slogan of the People’s Veche “Free to Create the Future!”.

The speech of the Maidan participants, the prayer for Ukraine and laying flowers at the monument to the outstanding figure of the Ukrainian state Ivan Mazepa caused students’ lofty feelings and a desire to defend the right for freedom and independence of their country.
