“Our Language – Our Heart!”

On November 10 a meeting under the slogan “Our Language – Our Heart!” took place in the imaginary literary cafe of LNU College.

Participants and guests of the festive meeting were students and teachers of the College. During the event, those present learned a lot of interesting things: the history of the national holiday, facts from the life of Saint Nestor the Chronicler. In addition, they had the opportunity to join the author’s poetry performed by students E.Mashchenko, T. Aliferenko, M. Bugaevska, A. Linnik and to listen to the poetry of the creative heritage of Lina Kostenko, read out by N. Petrenko.

The culmination of the event was the performance of the first-year students who read a prayer for Ukraine, during which the audience was filled with the light of burning lights. The audience greeted with loud applause the performance of V. Kalinichenko with the song “My Land”.

In the intimate circle, with a cup of coffee or tea, participants had the opportunity to join the national traditions in a family atmosphere, to feel proud of the most precious treasure – the native language, to imbue with the patriotic feelings at the call of the soul.
