A meeting with a member of the ATO took place at LTSNU.
The political, economic and spiritual flourishing of Ukraine is possible thanking to its national sovereignty, political independence, territorial integrity and inviolability of borders. The guarantor of the national security are the combat-ready armed forces, which are a necessary attribute of the state and fulfill its protective function.
Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University provides educational activities, an important element of which is the education of patriotism and formation of the student’s outlook, attitude to national shrines, love for Ukraine, a sense of responsibility for its independence.
Teachers of the College of LTSNU organized a meeting with a member of ATO V.V. Malakhov in order to instill a sense of responsibility for the fate and development of the state in students, as well as gratitude to those who defend the territorial integrity of our country.
Viktor Viktorovych is a graduate of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. “The education I received was for me the basis for self-development and future achievements. Because of this, I mastered the culture of our nation taking into consideration the linkages with national cultures of other peoples and cultures of the world as a whole”, – the soldier said.
The member of ATO told about the terrible events of the war, remembered the bloody moments of the military life. “The worst thing for me was to bury my brothers in arms, look into the eyes of relatives of the victims …”, – V.Malakhov remembered.
The soldier told about the reasons for the beginning of military service. The fighter drew attention to the need to study the history, because it is the key for the objective perception of reality and makes it impossible to manipulate the information the person.
At the end of the meeting, the students and the Deputy Director on Educational Work of the College of LTSNU Y.N. Ivanova congratulated the serviceman on the Day of the Defender of Ukraine, wished peace, vitality, and thanked him for his contribution to the independence of Ukraine.
