LTSNU celebrated the All-Ukrainian Day of Libraries.
A Library is one of tools of civilization, which for many centuries has proved its efficiency in the processes of conservation, storage and transmission of human knowledge. The book is in its initial appointment is a spiritual remedy that helps a person to acquire knowledge, recognize good among evil, to find the truth.
The Research Library of LTSNU held a creative contest “My Library”, which provided photos, videos, poems, essays devoted to the spiritual organization of science.
On September 30 was rewarding participants and winners. The authors of the best works in different nominations received valuable prizes and gifts.
The Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work O.S. Menyailenko and the Acting Director of the Research Library of LTSNU M.N. Pochinkova congratulated students. They congratulated the present and focused on the value of books in the modern life.
The library is the temple of the soul, a place for self-development and cultural enrichment that does not lose its relevance in the XXI century.
