“Maltese Aid Service”

Volunteers of the Center for Psychosocial Adaptation graduated in the Charitable Organization “Maltese Aid Service”.
The value of first aid is difficult to overestimate, because it not only saves the life of the victim, but also provides further successful treatment of an illness or injury prevents the development of serious complications, reduce disability.
Everyone can give first aid, even without special medical education. To do this, you must have a desire to help and take courses in first aid.
Thus, in May 2016 a training program in providing first aid began for volunteers of the Center for Psychosocial Adaptation.
From September 14 to September 16, two volunteers: the head of the student social service, coordinator of the CPA Olena Dorogavtseva and the 2nd year student of Starobilsk Humanitarian and Pedagogical College Svitlana Dorogavtseva successfully completed this training school in Lviv in the Charitable Organization “Maltese Aid Service”. They received certificates, methodical literature and a mannequin for reduction.
Now the next stage begins – teaching everyone the ability to quickly and adequately react in crisis situations, as well as provide first aid. The first workshop for volunteers and employees of the CPA will be held on October 14-15 at the address: Rudnev Str., 6.
