Regional Museum

Today, the first-year students of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology visited Luhansk Regional Museum.

The museum is the largest center for cultural and educational activities in Starobilsk.

“Ukraine from breathing of the centuries to the present day” is a multimedia project that the museum staff prepared for our students. Students with interest and enthusiasm watched a presentation devoted to the 25 th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine.

Also our students saw the exposure “Starobilsk is a County Town”, where they were told the history of Starobilsk and development of the city. Young people visited other museum exposure including ethnographic and faunal.

However, the greatest attention of youth attracted a permanent exhibition dedicated to the events of the ATO “Rebellious Donbass: the Way to Peace.” The exhibits of weapons and ammunition, photographs reflecting the events and consequences of the line of contact, the Ukrainian flag with the signatures of soldiers – all this did not leave any student indifferent.
