Participation in Training

Representatives of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University within the framework of cooperation with the British Council learn from European trainers.
A common theme was teaching the English language for Specific Purposes (ESP).
Training was conducted only in English. The atmosphere of openness and rapport dominated in the classrooms. Participation in the training has enabled teachers of LNU to meet and socialize with colleagues from many universities of Ukraine.
After participating in the training teachers are obliged to disseminate acquired knowledge, skills and abilities and then report to the British Council. Participants have planned seminars, presentations and workshops for teachers and students of LNU. These activities will be conducted in Starobilsk and Poltava.
Participation in this program is extremely important for the future development of LNU and Ukraine’s entry into the European educational space.
