The Educational Center “Donbass – Ukraine” at Luhansk National University continues to work.
The Educational Center “Donbass – Ukraine” helps graduates of 2016 and previous years, whose place of residence is the territory of the antiterrorist operation and the settlements located on the line of contact, to enter Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University on the full-time or correspondent forms of education under the simplified procedure without results of the External testing 2016. One can take advantage of this opportunity up to September 20, 2016.
On July 1, 2016, employees of the Center provided more than 500 consultations and over 200 students were registered who successfully passed the entrance examinations for the chosen specialty.
Many applicants, addressed to the Education Center, have certificates of complete secondary education of the state sample, but do not have the results of the External testing in 2016. Such applicants register at the Center, submit documents to the admission committee and take examinations.
The applicants who do not have documents of complete secondary education of the state sample can pass the state final examinations in the Ukrainian language and literature, history of Ukraine under the simplified procedure and get the certificate of the state standard. The results of the state final examination are counted as the results of entrance examinations. After that, applicants submit documents to the admission committee and pass entrance examinations depending on the chosen specialty.
During the passage of certification and entrance examinations, the applicants and their parents are provided with free accommodation in a hostel. All admission procedure takes 1 – 2 days.
