“Academy of Human Potential”

On March 10-11, students of the Political Science Department Dmytro Liakh and the History and Archaeology Department Viktoriia Makarenko successfully completed the intensive educational course “Academy of Human Resources Potential”.

The educational course was organized by the Academy of Human Resources, ICC Ukraine, the Youth Council and the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The program was aimed at preparing active youth to implement strategic changes in Ukrainian society through mechanisms of institutional influence, diplomacy and economic development. During the training, four key thematic modules were mastered.

The first stage was devoted to issues of institutional influence of youth and the implementation of democratic principles in the activities of state bodies and international organizations. Special attention was paid to the role of education and science as the main drivers of youth development, as well as mastering the tools of youth diplomacy to promote the interests of Ukraine in the international arena. In addition, the course covered aspects of involving youth in the business environment and implementing their own entrepreneurial ideas.

During the study, the participants participated in meaningful trainings, interactive classes, professional discussions and practical sessions that contributed to the development of communication skills, analytical thinking, initiative, responsibility and teamwork. This experience was a valuable contribution to the professional development of the students and their preparation for active participation in social and professional life.

Participation in the program allowed not only to deepen theoretical knowledge, but also to develop important soft skills, in particular analytical and critical thinking, effective communication skills, ethics and integrity. The acquired competencies provide an opportunity to professionally substantiate social changes, strengthen the quality of education in Ukraine and confidently implement research initiatives in professional activities.

Successful completion of training within the “Academy of Human Resources” is evidence of the high motivation of students, their desire for self-improvement, acquisition of new knowledge and readiness to confidently move along the path of professional development.

Such educational initiatives are very important for the formation of a new generation of competent, responsible and purposeful specialists, capable not only of adapting to changes, but also of being a driving force for positive transformations in society.
