On July 23, the solemn presentation of diplomas to the graduates took place at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

Presentation of documents on higher education is a long-awaited event for each student, the first step to professional growth and career success. At the time, having received this important document, many young talented people began confidently their professional way.

During five years of the educational process many graduates, as well as the whole pedagogical staff had to endure a lot. There were many difficulties, obstacles, students had to learn distance learning. After the outbreak of hostilities on the territory of our region, the students had to continue training in Starobilsk. Despite certain difficulties in the organization of educational process, now diplomas are in the hands of graduates.

Valentine, a graduate of the specialty “Social Work” started education in Luhansk. She had not any reason to change the university.

– “As for me, these were no reasons. I entered LTSNU. It does not matter where it is, what the walls. Alma Mater is not only the walls. I think it is people, a team, our teachers and students.”

The meeting with teachers, instructions of directors and deans, original creative performances presented unforgettable emotions for graduates throughout the holiday.

The rector of LTSNU S.V. Savchenko addressed to the audience with greetings and wishes. He once again reminded that today graduates received diplomas of one of the oldest and most prestigious institutions of higher education in Donbass, which meets all European standards.

The rank of a graduate of LTSNU is a great honor and a great responsibility. The most active students who have achieved success in the scientific, social and creative life of the University, were awarded with certificates of honor.

Leonid Ts. Vakhovskyi  – the Director of the Institute of History, International Relations and Social and Political Sciences, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor and Tatiana S. Pinchuk – the Dean of the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Professor congratulated graduates.

During the farewell to the university, friends and teachers the student of the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications, Master of specialty “Ukrainian Language and Literature”, Grant Holder of Ukraine’s President scholarship Victoria Onufriychuk, which is recognized as the best university student this year, said important and kind words on behalf of all graduates. “Recognition of the best university student was a great and pleasant surprise for me. How this was achieved? – It was just hard work.”

This festive event – a solemn presentation of diplomas – will remain hot memory for our graduates and the final chord of their student’s life.
