Honorary Recognition from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine

Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University received honorary recognition from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The rector of the university, Olena Karaman, was presented with gifts and an honorary distinction – a commemorative medal of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The award was presented for assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, active participation in the national-patriotic education of youth and a significant contribution to bringing our common victory closer.

This recognition is evidence of the important role of the university community in supporting Ukrainian defenders, volunteering, developing the civic consciousness of the younger generation and strengthening the spirit of unity in society. Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University consistently implements initiatives aimed at the formation of patriotic values.

The distinction received is a joint merit of the entire university staff, which works daily for the future of Ukraine.

Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University confidently moves forward, remaining true to its beliefs, supporting Ukrainian defenders and educating generations of conscious, strong and responsible citizens.   • SPECIALIZED COUNCIL MEETING (Karyna Borysenko)

    In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the rector of LTSNU No. 31-OD dated February 27, 2026, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Karyna Yuriivna Borysenko in the specialty 015 – Professional Education (by specialization).
