Teachers, employees and students of the Lysychansk Pedagogical Professional College of LTSNU are active participants in the volunteer movement.

Almost every month they open a charity fundraiser to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine cover at least the most necessary needs.

In January, they raised funds for an EcoFlow charging station for the soldiers of the 92nd Brigade, and at the end of February – for the needs of the 210th Regiment, 3rd Battalion, 7th Assault Company.

Courageous warriors defend Ukraine in those places that educators and students of the institution were forced to leave. Most of the participants in the educational process of the college are internally displaced persons from eastern Ukraine. They know how prickly and cold the spring wind can be, how scorching and merciless the summer sun is. They understand that a second is not just a unit of time, but a chance to save a life. They saw the losses and experienced them personally.

The fundraiser of 50 thousand hryvnias closed very quickly. These funds were used to purchase tools and materials necessary for our defenders when performing combat missions in the field.

The initiative of the Lysychansk Pedagogical Professional College was also joined by the chain of stores “Prostor” (No. 406 and No. 424), which donated a significant amount of napkins, socks and hygiene products for the military.

Every hryvnia became proof that the rear is firmly holding the line, and the college students are a conscious generation that does not just wait for victory, but brings it closer every day with their actions.

The fundraising to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine became another test of humanity and patriotism, which the Lysychansk Pedagogical Professional College passed with “excellence”. However, the war continues, and therefore our support should not stop.

With our work, care and solidarity, we prove that education and volunteerism are a reliable foundation for our future.
