We sincerely congratulate Viktoria Borysenko, a 3rd year bachelor’s student  majoring in Economics, on receiving the honorary title “The Best Student” of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The award received is the result of Viktoria’s tireless work, scientific research and active life position. She became a symbol of the success of the Educational and Research Institute of Business, Management and Public Administration, proving that the combination of talent and determination always leads to recognition.
