On December 4, 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 4716-IX “On Honoring Participants in the Elimination of the Consequences of the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant Accident and on Events Related to the 40th Anniversary of the Chornobyl Disaster.”

Taking into account the requirements of the legislation on martial law, we ask you to facilitate the implementation of the specified regulatory legal act by holding “round tables”, scientific and practical conferences, and other thematic events dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Chornobyl disaster in educational institutions, with the participation of participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chornobyl NPP.

  • ONE-TIME MEETING OF THE SPECIALIZED COUNCIL (T.L. Feshchuk)

    In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 20-OD dated January 30, 2026, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Taras Leonidovych Feshchuk in the specialty 052 – Political Science.
