Science, restoration, development: Vitalii Kurylo spoke about the priorities of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in 2026. 

The beginning of 2026 for Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University became a period of concrete and measurable results in the field of science. In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated January 9, 2026, two scientific teams of the institution became winners of the competition for financing fundamental and applied research from the State Budget of Ukraine.

In addition, a patent for a useful model in the field of materials science and engineering diagnostics was obtained. These results are a continuation of the systematic work of the university in conditions of war and relocation.

The Head of the Academic Council, First Vice-Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Vitalii Kurylo, spoke about scientific victories, strategic plans, academic opportunities, support for the veteran community, and organization of work in new conditions.
