Future specialists in Information, Library and Archival Affairs presented their course research.

The defense of the coursework of the students majoring in “Information, Library and Archival Affairs” was held in a warm and at the same time exciting atmosphere. For students, this was an important stage of their studies – an opportunity to demonstrate the acquired knowledge, skills and research skills, as well as to take the first confident steps into scientific and professional life.

The defense took place in the format of an open online meeting, which gave the event a special solemnity. The students presented their research on topical issues of librarianship, digitalization of information resources, preservation of documentary heritage, and development of electronic archives.

The commission, which included college teachers, noted the high level of training of the students, their ability to think analytically, competently structure the material, and use modern information technologies when searching and processing data.

Such events once again prove that the specialty “Information, Library and Archival Affairs” is of great importance for the development of a modern information society, which requires not only specialists in the preservation of documentary memory, but also agents of change capable of working with information in a digital environment.
