Equipment from Volunteers and Friends of the Uiversity

The Laboratory of Chemistry, Biology and Ecology of LTSNU once again received equipment from volunteers and friends of the university.

The educational and scientific laboratory of chemistry, biology and ecology of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University has once again been replenished with modern laboratory equipment. This was made possible thanks to the sincere support of friends of the university, volunteers and scientists united by a common idea of ​​developing science, education and forming environmental awareness.

A significant contribution to the implementation of this good deed was made by Serhii Hlotov – an active researcher, member of the Scientific Council of the Luhansk Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Ecological League, a junior researcher at the State Museum of Natural History of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Luhansk Nature Reserve of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, a senior lecturer at the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology, a participant in the 27th and 28th Ukrainian Antarctic expeditions, a candidate of biological sciences, an associate professor, a photo artist and, what is extremely important, a volunteer scientist who has been consistently supporting the activities of the university for several years.

It was thanks to the initiative of Serhii Hlotov and his friends from Luxembourg that the laboratory received much-needed equipment, in particular a Kjeldahl distillation apparatus, as well as other modern chemical equipment, which significantly expands the possibilities for conducting educational and scientific research.

Such support for our university is a symbol of trust, solidarity and faith in Ukrainian science and education. Together we create conditions for growth, renewal and future scientific victories.
