Summit of Progressive and Strong 2025

On December 6, Senior Lecturer at the Department of History and Archaeology, Yevhenia Shevtsova, participated in the Summit of Progressive and Strong 2025.

The Summit of Progressive and Strong 2025 is an annual event that unites the educational community around key issues in the development of Ukrainian education.

During the event, topics that today determine the content and directions of the transformation of the education sector were discussed. Participants analyzed the situation in higher, pre-university, secondary and even preschool education, focusing on imbalances, lack of resources, new quality requirements and real needs of teaching staff were discussed. The open dialogue addressed issues of academic integrity and the formation of a culture of responsible learning, the role and limits of the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process, as well as the challenges faced by universities and schools in wartime. Special attention was paid to supporting teachers, adapting educational programs, communication in the academic environment and finding effective tools to maintain the quality of education even in extraordinary circumstances.

For the university community, participation in such events is important: it is an opportunity to be at the center of all-Ukrainian professional discussions, monitor trends in the reform of the industry and introduce modern approaches to the educational process. Events like this Summit 2025 bring together people who shape the future of Ukrainian education, and participation in it helps to strengthen professional ties and understand what the educational community will work on next year.
