Workshop “Marketing – Ideas That Work”

Employees of the Marketing Department of our University held a workshop “Marketing – Ideas That Work” for students of the ER ITT.
On December 2, 2025, employees of the Marketing Department of LTSNU held a workshop on informal education on the topic “Marketing – Ideas That Work” for students of the Educational and Research Institute of Technologies and Trade.
The head of the Marketing Department welcomed the participants, briefly introduced the team of specialists and outlined the main areas of activity of the department, its mission and goals. During the meeting, the employees demonstrated with examples how ideas are born that turn into successful brands, how marketing affects the educational, cultural and social space, and also explained the role of social networks in creating new generation advertising.
The meeting was held in the format of a lively “question-answer” dialogue.
Students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions, shared their own experiences and offered creative ideas. One of the practical elements was a test from the Marketing Department “How much of a marketer am I?”, after passing which each participant immediately received an individual result.
The test results confirmed the high potential of the students, their developed marketing intuition and ability to think in modern categories.
At the end of the event, all students received certificates of participation.
According to the students, the workshop was meaningful, dynamic and inspiring. Participation in the event helped them:
- develop creative thinking;
- gain a deeper understanding of the role of marketing in education and society;
- improve communication skills and teamwork;
- get motivated to participate in real marketing projects of the university.
Such events allow students to combine theoretical training with practical experience, form a modern professional vision of marketing activities and be inspired to create their own projects, ideas and solutions that will have a real impact.
The workshop once again confirmed that marketing is not only about advertising, but also about creativity, strategy, effective communication and ideas that change the world.
