Guest Lecture by Sofia Andersson (Sweden)

On December 2, a guest lecture by Sofia Andersson, a lecturer and supervisor of students’ practice at the Faculty of Humanities of Karlstad University (Sweden), was held at our university.

The speaker presented a lecture on the topic “Social work with people with disabilities and professional interaction”, in which she revealed modern approaches to building an inclusive environment, models of interdisciplinary cooperation between support providers, as well as ethical and communicative standards of professional interaction in the inclusion system. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of practice-oriented learning, supervision, and reflective methods in the training of future specialists in the field of social work.
