We invite you to join the lecture on the topic: “The Holodomor in school curricula as an element of national and civic education”. The lecture will take place on Thursday, 27.11.2025, at 3:30 PM.

The lecture will be given by Yana Horodniak, Head of the Excursion and Educational Department of the National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide, Doctor of Philosophy in History and Archaeology. The speaker will present modern approaches of a leading museum institution to covering the topic of the Holodomor in the educational environment. The event is organized within the framework of the work of the student discussion club “SKIF”.
The lecture will be relevant for students majoring in pedagogical, historical, social science and humanitarian specialties, as it concerns important aspects of the formation of historical and civic competencies in modern education.
