Implementing Practical Tools into Professional Activities

The students majoring in A2 Preschool Education actively implement practical tools in their professional activities.

Alla Kutepova, a master’s student majoring in A2 Preschool Education, once again confirms that a modern teacher is not only someone who studies, but also someone who actively implements practical tools in professional activities. The master’s student developed metaphorical associative cards created specifically for educators of preschool educational institutions in order to form harmonious, safe and empathetic interaction with children, parents and colleagues.

These cards are aimed at helping teachers: rethink their own emotional reactions; tune in to positive and constructive communication; create an inclusive space in which every child feels accepted and supported; strengthen the culture of tolerance and pedagogical respect; avoid emotional burnout; effectively interact with children with SEN and in mixed groups.

Each card contains a title, affirmation, advice, and an illustrative image, which allows for a deeper understanding of the importance of a humanistic approach, barrier-freeness, and emotional well-being in the professional activities of a teacher.

All students of this specialty are actively involved in practice-oriented tasks, but the example of a master’s student demonstrates how creativity, professional reflection, and modern technologies can become a useful tool for teachers’ daily work. Information about the cards can be found at the link: https://vseosvita.ua/2-makg.

Such initiatives contribute to improving the quality of the educational process, developing the professional competencies of teachers, and creating a safe and supportive environment for each child.
