On November 21, Ukraine Celebrates the Day of Dignity and Freedom

An educational hour dedicated to the Day of Dignity and Freedom was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies.

Today the Educational and Research Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies held an educational hour dedicated to the Day of Dignity and Freedom in order to honor the patriotism and courage of citizens who rose up to defend democratic values, human and civil rights and freedoms, the national interests of Ukraine and its European choice; instill in students a love for the Motherland and develop in them the desire to become worthy citizens of the Ukrainian state, and provide youth with objective information about the fateful events in Ukraine at the beginning of the 21st century. 

At the beginning of the event, those present honored the memory of people who were killed in peacetime in the 21st century for defending the Ukrainian idea.

The host of the event, a first-year student majoring in Software Engineering, Tetiana Kuts, gave those present the opportunity to record in their memory the main events of the Revolution of Dignity and the subsequent heroic struggle of the Ukrainian people against Russian military aggression. A large number of thematic photos and video materials were used.

November 21 forever became indisputable proof of the revival of our nation. The events of Maidan changed the people, their views, dreams and faith in their European future. The Revolution of Dignity united us in a single, united and independent Ukraine.
