Career Orientation Meeting at Kalaidyntsi Lyceum

On November 13, a career orientation meeting with representatives of our University was held at the Kalaidyntsi Lyceum of the Lubny City Council.

The event was held as part of career guidance work and with the aim of attracting students to participate in the All-Ukrainian Marathon of Professionally Oriented Competitions “I Choose My Future,” which is held by LTSNU.

The Marketing Department specialists talked with 10-11th grade pupils in a bomb shelter, as an air raid alert was in effect during the meeting. The students were introduced to the conditions for participation in the Marathon, told about the three areas of the competition — socio-humanitarian, economic-technological, and natural — and explained how students can show themselves in each of them. University representatives also presented the opportunities and advantages of LTSNU, areas of training, and institutes involved in the Marathon.

Pupils received information booklets and QR codes to access the Competition Regulations. Students filled out participant questionnaires with interest, asked questions about admission, training conditions, and the competition program, and received comprehensive answers.

After the meeting, the director of the lyceum, Serhii Ivanovych Mysnyk, gave the guests an interesting tour of the institution. The representatives of LTSNU noted the high level of the lyceum and expressed hope for further cooperation, as they would be happy to see its students among the university entrants.

The meeting was warm and meaningful, leaving a pleasant impression on both the students and the specialists of the university’s marketing department, and became another step towards the conscious choice of the future profession.
