“Honored Education Worker of Ukraine”

Volodymyr Moroz officially received the honorary title “Honored Education Worker of Ukraine”.

On November 7, Volodymyr Moroz, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, officially received the honorary title “Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine”, awarded by Decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky No. 742/2025 “On Honoring Ukraine with State Awards on the Occasion of the Day of Education Workers”.

The solemn event took place within the walls of the October Palace in Kyiv, where educators, scientists, artists and cultural figures gathered. The honorary award was presented to Volodymyr Petrovych Moroz by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Oleksiш Kharchenko and sincerely thanked him for his significant contribution to the development of national education, the training of highly qualified specialists, many years of fruitful pedagogical activity and high professionalism.

The event took place on the eve of the All-Ukrainian Day of Cultural Workers and Masters of Folk Art. During the celebrations, the head of the Luhansk region, Oleksiш Kharchenko, congratulated the artists on their professional holiday, emphasizing the important role of educators and cultural figures in preserving the spiritual potential of the Ukrainian people even in the most difficult times.

Receiving a high state award, Volodymyr Moroz thanked for the recognition and support, noting:

“This is not only my award, but also the award of our entire university community. We work every day to ensure that Ukrainian education develops, so that students have decent opportunities for learning and realizing their potential. I thank my colleagues, students and everyone who stands by us in this important matter.”

The solemn event ended with bright performances by creative groups and an exhibition of folk art masters, where an atmosphere of inspiration, creativity and gratitude reigned. Volodymyr Petrovych had the opportunity to communicate with the artists and exchange views on the role of culture and education in the formation of modern Ukrainian identity.
