“Resilience – Resources and Support Always Nearby”

The Head of the Psychology Department attended and conducted a psychological training on the topic “Resilience – Resources and Support Always Nearby.”

On October 31, 2025, in Bucharest (Romania), the head of the Psychology Department of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of LTSNU, Dr. Lilia Volodymyrivna Chernovska, with the assistance of the Ukrainian Cultural Center of the Bucharest Branch of the Union of Ukrainians in Romania Uniunea Ucrainenilor Din Romania, visited and conducted a psychological training for Ukrainians who had taken refuge from the war in friendly Romania on the topic “Resilience – resources and supports are always nearby”.

The training was held in a sincere, friendly and mutually supportive atmosphere. The participants of the training session acquired the skills of clear planning of their lives, found resources and supports to improve their future, discussed their own values ​​​​and their importance in making strategic decisions, and also relieved and improved their cognitive functions with the help of kinesiological exercises.
