Signing of the Collective Agreement for 2025–2030

On October 30, the signing of the Collective Agreement for 2025–2030 took place at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

This event was preceded by a wide discussion of the document – on October 25, the draft Collective Agreement was considered and approved at a joint meeting of the labor collective and the Academic Council of the university.

The draft document was prepared by an organizational commission, which included representatives of the administration and the labor collective. The collective agreement defines the main principles of social partnership at the university, regulates labor relations between employees and the administration, and establishes guarantees, benefits, and obligations of the parties.

The document was solemnly signed by the rector of the university, Olena Karaman, and the head of the primary trade union organization, Volodymyr Moroz.

The adoption of the Collective Agreement is another step towards strengthening mutual understanding, mutual respect and responsibility between the administration and the university staff.

May the new Collective Agreement become a reliable basis for fruitful work, stability, professional development and well-being of all employees of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University!
