Scientific and Practical Meeting for Speech Therapist Day

On October 28, as part of the events dedicated to Speech Therapist Day, at the initiative of the Special Education Department, a scientific and practical meeting of teachers and students was held with Roman Silk, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Art Disciplines of the T.H. Shevchenko National University “Chernihiv Collegium”. 

The guest lecture was held under the slogan “Communication without words through art”. During the meeting, the speaker focused on the importance of communication with children through art, spoke about the possibilities of its use in pedagogical and therapeutic practice. Special attention was paid to mandala therapy and multitherapy – modern methods that contribute to the harmonization of the emotional state and the development of the personality.

The participants of the event received valuable information, practical recommendations and had the opportunity to ask Mr. Roman questions.

The lecture was held in a warm, friendly atmosphere and ended with an agreement on further cooperation between the universities.
