Training on Conscious Stress Tolerance for Students

The university continues a series of online classes “Conscious Stress Tolerance: Understanding Yourself and Managing Your Emotional State”, aimed at developing the psychological resilience of young students.

As during previous meetings, the organizer of the event was Anton Nazmiiev, assistant professor of the Psychology Department, Doctor of Philosophy, head of the Center for Psychological Recovery and Adaptation, psychologist of the Veteran Development Center. It was he who initiated this series of practical classes that unite students around the topic of mental health, self-reflection and effective management of emotions.

The training was directly conducted by Nina Lykhareva, a psychologist at the Kyiv Mental Health Center, who shared with the applicants not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical techniques for maintaining psychological balance in stressful conditions.

The participants performed exercises to become aware of their own reactions, learned to recognize emotional triggers and find internal resources to overcome stress.

The training took place in an open and friendly atmosphere, which contributed to a sincere discussion of important life topics – from emotional burnout to self-support in difficult situations.

Such events are important for modern youth, as they form a culture of caring for one’s own mental well-being, help students develop resilience to the challenges of time, and teach them to find a balance between study, personal life, and inner peace. It is psychological maturity and the ability to manage one’s condition that are the key to a successful future for the young generation.
