An online meeting with future art professionals on the specifics of labor relations was held at LTSNU.
On October 13, 2025, an online meeting with students of the Educational and Research Institute of Arts on the topic “Features of Labor Relations” was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
The event was organized by the Career Development Center of LTSNU, which actively promotes the professional development of students and graduates of the university.
During the meeting, the head of the Career Development Center, Larysa Kochura, familiarized the participants with the areas of activity of the Center, spoke about modern opportunities for young professionals, and also demonstrated the functional capabilities of the official website of the Center.
The speaker paid special attention to the issues of building a successful career in the field of art, the correct registration of labor relations, preparation for employment, and the importance of an active life position in the search for professional opportunities.
The event was joined by Inna Tiutiunnyk, a consultant from the “Made in Ukraine” office, who presented the “Own Business” grant program.
The program is aimed at supporting young people aged 18 to 25 who are eager to implement their own business ideas. Participants have the opportunity to receive funding to open their own business or creative project, which will be an important step towards self-employment and the development of Ukraine’s creative economy.
The online meeting was held in the format of an active dialogue – students asked questions, shared their ideas and discussed the possibilities of self-realization in modern conditions.
The Career Development Center of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University continues to actively assist students in their professional growth, contributing to the formation of a generation of young specialists who are confidently stepping towards a successful future.
