In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 125-OD dated September 29, 2025, a specialized academic council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Igor Viacheslavovych Zhurba in the specialty 052 – Political Science.
