Art Master Class

Teachers and students of the Department of Fine and Decorative Arts of the Educational and Research Institute of Arts held an art master class.

The charitable organization “Diakonia”, which supports people with disabilities and low-income groups, invited teachers and students of the Department of Fine and Decorative Arts of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University to hold an art master class.

The event was held in a warm creative atmosphere. The Acting Head of the Department, Associate Professor, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Natalia Dihtiar, together with talented 1st and 2nd year students – Anastasia Diachenko and Viktoria Shnukalo, introduced the participants to the traditional technique of Poltava painting. They not only told about the history and characteristic elements of this unique art, but also demonstrated how to create individual ornaments and compose harmonious compositions from them.

14 participants joined the master class – both children and adults. Everyone had the opportunity to try their hand at painting, reveal their creative potential and feel the joy of creating something beautiful with their own hands.

Thank you to Diakonia for the warm welcome and invitation! Such initiatives prove that art can unite, inspire and give light even in difficult life circumstances.
