The academic year is over

The academic year ended in the Institute of history, International Relations, Social and Political Sciences. Results were summed up.

The academic year, full of new acquaintances, experiences, hopes and justification for these hopes came to an end. The full-time study became available for students of the first course. Next year the classic academic mode is planned for the first and second year students. Undergraduates had the opportunity to combine study in full-time with the wide use of elements of distance education.  Six two-week studies in the lecture rooms were organized for them.

The extracurricular life of students changed too. During two semesters a significant amount of activities was held for students. Among them were meetings with well-known politicians, journalists, academics. Unforgettable concerts were held; professional artists, amateurs, student representatives and even teachers performed on the scene.

The final chord of the academic year was auditory studies for the senior students. Last seminars, modular tests, debriefing – all this saturated the lives of students for two weeks. Inspiration was drawn from communication with friends and favorite teachers. Maybe this was the key to the successful passing examinations by the majority of students.

During the last arrival of students, the extracurricular life was also rich. They participated in the event dedicated to the National Vyshyvanka Day, a flashmob, a photo contest, an exhibition of embroidered shirts and our traditional Day of Health. This year, teams of the first and senior courses took part in the sports competitions. In addition, students presented their team, roasted meat; teachers told funny stories. In the end, the whole family of students and teachers sang a hymn of the Institute.
