Psychological Training “Adaptation”

On September 5, 2025, students of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology attended the psychological training “Adaptation”.

The training was conducted by L.V. Chernovska, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Head of the Department of Psychology. During the meeting, those present shared their own emotional states, played interesting interactive games, got acquainted with new cases, and received practical advice.

It was an extremely useful experience that gave everyone self-confidence, motivation, and a positive attitude.

The training was another step towards the adaptation of students to the new academic year and confirmed that together we are able to achieve more.
